TEEN POLICY:

In order to ensure a positive experience for all patrons, all guests ages 13-17 visiting Sholem Aquatic Center must have a Champaign Park District household account with current photos on file to gain entry into the pool, regardless of whether or not an adult accompanying the child/children is going to stay with them. This procedure includes older siblings, nannies, etc. who are supervising younger children ages 13-17.

Please complete a Teen Policy Waiver for each child in your household ages 13-17 that plan on attending Sholem Aquatic Center. 

Price: $0.00 Taxes waived

Required age: 13 - 17 years old on the day of the activity

Notes: Access to the facility mandates the submission of a clear photo. Anyone without a clear photo may be denied access to the facility.
