Sholem Youth Pass (Ages 4-17)

Individual Membership:

A pool membership grants you access to the Sholem Aquatic Center Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. This includes entry to open swim, and morning/evening programs: Walk the River, Tiny Tots Splash Time, and Lap Swim. Member benefits also include exclusive special events. You can access your mobile pass/access card for quick entry at the pool by downloading the Amilia app from the app store on your phone.  Passes required for entry for anyone age 4 and up. Children 3 years of age and under enter the facility for free.

Teen Policy:

In order to ensure a positive experience for all patrons, all guests ages 13-17 visiting Sholem Aquatic Center must have a Champaign Park District household account with current photos on file to gain entry into the pool, regardless of whether or not an adult accompanying the child/children is going to stay with them. This procedure includes older siblings, nannies, etc. who are supervising younger children ages 13-17.

Dual Monthly Youth Membership (Ages 4-17)

Subscription

Dual Monthly Youth Membership gives access to Leonhard and Martens Center and includes:

  • Indoor Track and workout area access during all open hours
  • Weight/Cardio Room access during all open hours
  • Indoor Playground access during all open hours
  • Gymnasium access for basketball and pickleball, volleyball (Leonhard), and table tennis (Martens) during designated open gym hours

Monthly memberships are 1-month minimum, auto charged.


Youth memberships are restricted to ages 4-17. Kids 3 and under come in free (18+ adult supervision required for youth 10 and under).

Youth Policy: Children 11 and under must be directly supervised by an adult 18 years of age or older on the track and in the gym at all times and are not permitted in the weight room at any time.  Members enrolled in 6th through 8th grade or at least 12 years old may only use the gym unsupervised but must be directly supervised by a member at least 18 years of age or older on the track. Members must be at least 15 years old or enrolled in high school to be in the weight room and use the track unsupervised. Proof of age or student status must be provided upon request.

Dual Yearly Youth Membership (Ages 4-17)

Dog Park Membership

All new dog park members will receive a key fob that grants you access into the park. Key fobs can be picked up at the following locations:

     Leonhard Recreation Center
     2307 W. Sangamon Drive
     Champaign, IL 61821

     Martens Center
     1515 N. Market Street
     Champaign, IL 61820

Additional or replacement key fobs are available to purchase for $10.  

Rabies and distemper vaccination records must be provided every year for membership renewal.

Additional Dogs

Additional dog memberships may be added for a $6 fee per dog. Members are limited to 3 dogs total. 

Two Memberships For a Discount

Urbana Park District operates a dog park at 1501 E. Perkins Road. The two park districts have an agreement that allows members to purchase a gate fob for the Urbana Dog Park for just $10. Members must take a copy of the membership receipt to the Urbana Park District’s Phillips Recreation Center for the additional dog park access. Rules for both parks are the same.

Dog Park Memberships are valid for one year from the date of purchase.
