Get ready for a wild ride and thrilling mayhen in the second 2025 Youth Theatre Production: Beetlejuice Jr.! Based on the iconic film, this musical invites you into the zany world of the afterlife, where a recently deceased couple teams up with the outrageous ghost Beetlejuice to scare away the new inhabitants of their beloved home. As part of this season's theme — Myth, Magic, and Mayhem  — Beetlejuice Jr. delivers a perfect blend of spooky fun and chaotic energy! Young performers with a flair for the dramatic and a love for the theatrical are encouraged to join us — all talent levels are welcome! Come unleash your inner ghost and let the mayhem ensue!

Although the production is classified as a "Junior" show and does have censored changes from the Broadway Soundtrack, the show does have mature themes that is better suited for 13+.

Audition materials and a detailed rehearsal schedule will be sent out to all registrants on 3/17/2025.

Audition Workshop: Monday, March 24th, 6:00pm - 7:30pm

Auditions: Tuesday, March 25th, 5:00pm - 9:00pm

Callbacks (if needed): Wednesday, March 26th, 6:00pm - 7:30pm

Rehearsal Schedule: Monday - Wednesday, March 31st - May 14th, 6:00pm - 8:00pm

Tech Week: Monday - Wednesday, May 19th - May 21st, 5:00pm - 9:00pm

Performances at Virginia Theatre: Thursday - Saturday, May 22nd - 24th at 7:00pm and Saturday at 2:00pm

Parents are required to volunteer a minimum of 10 hours per family and help with some of their child’s costumes.

There is a $35 nonrefundable fee for this activity. If a young actor has to drop registration full refunds will not be issued after 3/14.
