Description:

This lesson focuses on building strength and endurance in strokes and introducing butterfly to the swimmer. Swimmers will swim laps of the pool during lessons and should be able to swim the length of the pool unassisted.

 

This session meets on Mondays and Wednesdays over 4 weeks for 8 total lessons. Weather make-ups are on Fridays if necessary.
