Description:
Be inspired and create works based on the beauty of our natural world. Learn techniques on how to see and draw the world around you quickly and expressively as we draw in local parks with some classroom instruction by local illustrator Kelli Roos.
A supply list of approximately $24 will be provided at the time of registration. Participants may either purchase art supplies on their own from the supply list or purchase an art supply kit at registration.

Required age: Over 16 years old on the day of the activity
Notes: Nature Sketching & Drawing Please purchase and bring to first class the following supplies: • 1 sketchbook – 8.5” x 11”, minimum 50 pages • 2 pencils (any kind) • 1 eraser (any kind) • 1 black fine-tip marker (like a Sharpie or Sakura Micron 03 or 05) • 1 black wide felt-tip marker (like a regular Sharpie, or any chisel tip marker) • 1 white paint marker (or whiteout) Materials can be purchased at any Michaels, Hobby Lobby, or at the Art Coop in Lincoln Square Mall.
