University of Illinois Extension staff are bringing their Create Better Health program to the Champaign Park District. Create Better Health consists of a series of classes designed to help individuals prepare healthy meals on a budget using ingredients they already have. These lessons offer practical tips for incorporating more physical activity into your busy routines.
