Make your summer a swingin’ one and come out for our annual Jazz in the Park concerts! Each month will feature talented jazz musicians in a different neighborhood park. Audience members are encouraged to bring lawn chairs and refreshments.

Dr. Reginald Lewis is the current Director of Jazz at Illinois Wesleyan University, teaches Jazz Improvisation at Chicago State University, and is the current president of AAJC (African American Jazz Caucus).  Dr. Lewis has performed with Quincy Davis, Derrick Gardner, and grandfather and Philadelphia jazz legend Robert "Bootsie" Barnes.
