Take your karate skills to the next level with our Adult karate class program. Led by Chris Johnson, a 6th-degree black belt in Shito-Ryu Karate-Do, this class is perfect for those with a basic understanding of karate who are ready to refine their techniques and deepen their practice.

Over the course of this program, you'll work on more advanced stances, strikes, and kata, while enhancing your speed, power, and precision. Chris Johnson’s expertise will guide you through a structured training process, helping you build greater strength, agility, and mental focus.

This class offers a supportive environment for continued growth, where you'll challenge yourself, set new goals, and further develop your martial arts abilities.
