Barre Balance is geared towards adults and seniors who want to maintain and grow their strength and flexibility in a safe, low-impact, and encouraging environment while experiencing the artistry of dance.

In this class, you will be taken through the barre portion of a ballet class, which will help improve balance and stability. Barre Balance is a great way to get your body moving.

Required age: Over 20 years old on the day of the activity

Notes: Dress Code: Wear comfortable clothing that is easy to move in, such as leggings, sweatpants, T-shirts, and tank tops. Hair should be out of the face and avoid wearing large or extra loose jewelry. Acceptable footwear includes dance sneakers, athletic shoes used exclusively indoors, ballet flats, or thick socks.
