Class Schedule

Kids (Ages 5 – 9)
Monday, Wednesday and Friday 3:15 – 4:15 PM
A fun, energetic class that builds coordination, focus, and confidence while learning the basics of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu through games and drills.

Youth / Teens (Ages 9 – 13)

Monday, Wednesday and Friday 3:30 – 4:30 PM
Students advance their technical skills, discipline, and self-control while developing strength, respect, and teamwork.

Adults (13 + and up)
Mondays & Wednedsays 6-7:30 PM
Learn effective self-defense and Jiu-Jitsu fundamentals in a welcoming, mixed-experience environment. Great for fitness, confidence, and stress relief.

Location: Mezzanine, Art Holding Memorial Arena, Chase BC

What to Expect

• Classes are led by qualified instructors emphasizing safety, respect, and growth at your own pace.

• Students train barefoot on mats; please wear a gi (uniform).

• Bring a water bottle and a positive attitude, all levels welcome!
