Description:
Hark! It's a historical holiday workshop! Choose one or both! Eating Holiday History December 7th will focus on savory holiday classics such as stuffing and cranberry sauce. December 14th will focus on sweets, desserts, and all things sugar! Think Gingerbread:) Recipes will include vegetarian options. Please let us know about other dietary needs and we will do our best to accommodate- you may email education@chehalemculturalcenter.org
Holidays are filled with tradition, so why not learn about and prepare some traditional foods? Really traditional? Learn the history and origins of popular winter holiday favorites. Prepare and taste foods both strange and familiar.
Historian and food-lover Natasha Luepke will lead two workshops on historical food.
These workshops are open to all ages! Ages 9 and younger must be accompanied by an adult.

Price: $20.00 Taxes waived
Required age: Over 5 years old on the day of the activity
Notes: Please email in any dietary restrictions/allergies at least 3 days prior to workshop so we can accommodate as best as possible!
