Description:

This April 15th, Christine Joy is looking forward to teaching a new workshop exploring the art of block printing!

This is a lovely medium with room for great stylistic experimentation. This class is for both the beginner and the advanced. In this three hour class we will make, from start to finish, floral block prints. There will be a variety of fresh flowers to inspire our artwork. Students are also welcome to bring in flowers of their own!

Christine will give a demonstration at the beginning of class and then the rest of class will be creating time for the students. She will make sure each student gets attention and tips based on their experience. We will go over how to make block prints in black and white, and also how to add in a pop of color.

Christine is looking forward to creating with you!
