We are excited to welcome Cake Hoopla to our teaching roster for some delicious autumnal culinary workshops! Open to students Ages 10-18

Learn the art of cake decorating step by step in Cake Hoopla’s beginner-friendly fall cake class! Designed for students who want to build a professional-looking cake from the ground up, this workshop provides confidence, creativity, and hands-on skills that impress long after class ends.

Working with a three-layer cake, students will practice essential techniques, like stacking, filling, frosting, and decorating, before creating a show-stopping fall design complete with fondant pumpkins and cascading autumn leaves. Each student will take home both a beautiful centerpiece cake and the knowledge to recreate the process at home.

Each registration includes:

• A 3-layer, 6" cake (serves ~ 10) in Cake Hoopla’s signature fetti flavor, with vegan chocolate and gluten-friendly fetti flavors options available
• Vanilla buttercream frosting, 
• Red and yellow fondant
• Autumn-themed sprinkles
• Use of professional cake-decorating tools
• Handy to-go box for safely transporting the finished cake
• Expert instruction, covering:
  • How to stack and fill a level cake for a stable foundation
  • How to frost a cake with a smooth finish and add an elegant swirl design 
  • How to create a fondant autumn motif by marbling colors, using cutters, and arranging accents in cascading effect
