Description:
Join us for our Holiday Workshops! Welcome to students Grades K-8, to attend solo or with a parent/guardian. Winter solstice traditions include lighting candles and bonfires to symbolize the return of light, decorating with evergreens and holly, feasting with loved ones, and observing nature, such as watching the sunrise or decorating a tree for animals. In this workshop we will make a Solstice Countdown Calendar that will use imagery from these traditions. Artist-Instructor: Lillian Carver Parent/Guardian welcome to attend alongside student- One registration covers 1 student & 1 Adult
