Description:
This workshop provides participants with opportunities to create art using alcohol inks. Alcohol inks have the fluidity of watercolor while adding interesting layering and blending of colors. Inks will be applied to tiles and/or other non-porous substances. Artist-Instructor Linda McNine has offered several workshops through CCC dealing with Alcohol Inks. Additionally she does watercolor, and oil painting and participates in the “Sketchy Artist” group that meets weekly. MATERIALS: Materials will be provided by our instructor, but if you have any of the items below easily accessible- feel free to bring them! Alcohol, 90% Hair dryer or air tool Paper towels Alcohol inks Permanent or alcohol markers
