The CCC is committed to operating our camps in a safe and responsible manner.
2025 CANCELLATION POLICY
- Withdrawal:
- Up to 5 days before the start of class/camp: 100% registration fee refunded
- Between 5 days and 48 hours before the start of class/camp: 50% of the fee is refunded and 50% is credited to your account
- Less than 48 hours before the start of class/camp: 50% is credited to your account, 50% is forfeited.
- Please email education@chehalemculturalcenter.org with questions or cancellation requests.
- Missed classes will not be refunded or credited, but efforts will be made to arrange makeup sessions or opportunities to work from home, on a case-by-case basis.
- Once the camp is in session, there are no refunds. Refunds are not given for no-shows or absences.
- You will receive a full refund if the Chehalem Cultural Center must cancel a camp prior to its start
