ADHD Across the Generations: Understanding and Supporting Loved Ones

In this engaging course, you will explore ADHD’s unique impact on individuals across different generations, helping you better understand, support, and connect with loved ones of any age who have ADHD. Over three sessions, you will dive into how ADHD presents across the lifespan, from childhood through adulthood and into later life, discussing the latest research, practical tools, and strategies for strengthening relationships and communication. Whether your loved one is a grandchild, child, partner, or friend, this course will equip you with insights and hands-on approaches to help them thrive. Join us as we demystify ADHD and learn supportive techniques that foster connection, compassion, and resilience across generations.

Masks are not mandatory, distancing is recommended. Should any participant wish to wear a mask they are welcome to do so. Chilliwack ElderCollege and community partners will continue to follow all health protocols.
