Introduction to Tai Chi

This class is an introduction to the movements and potential benefits of the Tai chi set. Participants will be instructed in small segments of the set through,

 1. demonstration

 2. participation

Both will be repeated until a level of comfort is reached within the class. 

Loose comfortable clothing with flat soled footwear is recommended.

Instructor:  Harry Spaner

Masks are not mandatory, distancing is recommended. Should any participant wish to wear a mask they are welcome to do so. Chilliwack ElderCollege and community partners will continue to follow all health protocols.
