Glass on Glass Mosaics

Join glass artist Jessica Fairweather of JFairWStudios and create a stunning glass mosaic in a creative environment. 

Be inspired by vibrant coloured, beautiful patterned and sparkly textured glass while learning how to nip, chip, and score to make mosaics. Discover effective ways to lay glass, understand the importance of grout lines, and master grouting. Discover tips and tricks of the trade and the amazing feeling you get after grouting and polishing up your glass mosaic. 

In this course, Jessica shares her method of mosaics on a transparent substrate similar to stained glass but easier to learn.The results are a style of art that catches and reflects light and colour like traditional stained glass art but in a mosaic style. 

Glass-on-glass mosaics can be displayed like conventional stained glass, looking best in a window.

Come create a beautiful 5 x 7-inch framed glass-on-glass mosaic. 

All supplies and handouts are included.
