From Milk to Masterpiece: A One-Day Cheesemaking Workshop
Dive into the art of cheesemaking in this fun and interactive one-day workshop. Learn the basics of transforming milk into delicious handcrafted cheese, guided by an experienced instructor. This hands-on class will cover the essentials, from curdling and cutting to pressing and aging techniques. By the end of the day, you’ll take home your own freshly made cheese and the skills to recreate the process in your kitchen. Perfect for beginners and cheese enthusiasts alike, this workshop is your chance to discover the joys of creating artisanal cheese from scratch.
