is a joint-Chinook Winds and Pacific Mountain regional initiative, providing key learning opportunities and effective support for United Church clergy and church leaders in BC, Central AB, and Southern AB (and beyond!). Rooted in The United Church of Canada's beliefs and expressed values, and as an initiative of two recognized Affirming regional councils, LeaderSHIFT affirms that all genders, sexualities, colours, and ethnicities are Called into leadership in the church. God's kin-dom on earth is enlivened by our rich diversity!
