Come participate in a great low-impact, cardio exercise in our warm pool. Make new friends and have fun! Must bring your own water buoys and pool noodle.
*Medium to large pool noodle & hand bars (water weights) needed*

Required age: 18 - 100 years old on the day of the activity
Notes: Please bring a medium to large pool noodle, hand bars (water weights), towel and water bottle to class.
