Delve into the art and science of sourdough baking in this hands on workshop that aims to demystify the sourdough process and make it more approachable for at-home bakers! Learn not only how to make a traditional rustic sourdough boule, but also how to apply your knowledge of using a sourdough starter culture and the sourdough method to make other sourdough goodies like focaccia, pizza dough, baguettes, ciabatta, and other baked goods! Master starter cultivation, dough preparation, shaping, and baking techniques. Take home a starter culture and your own ready-to-bake boule!

Notes: If we cancel a program for any reason, participants will be entitled to a full refund or transfer to another activity. Classes will be cancelled three (3) business days prior to the first class if the class does not meet minimum enrollment. If you prefer, our staff will assist you in finding another activity that meets your needs. No refunds will be given after the class begins. Refunds given if notified three (3) business days before the class begins.
