Family Membership is defined as two adults and their dependent children 20 years of age and younger that live in the same household. (If eligible family members exceed 6 individuals, please see the front desk in person prior to purchasing the Family Membership). Family members 18 and older must sign the Release and Waiver of Liability and Indemnity Agreement. Once a dependent becomes 21 years of age, they will be removed from the Family Membership.
