In this fun and interactive class, children will explore the exciting world of yoga, mindfulness, and creative expression. Through playful breathing techniques, mindful movement games, and lively dance, kids will learn how to stay calm and focused, even in challenging situations. They'll discover simple ways to manage stress, build self-awareness, and boost their confidence.

Each class includes moments for self-expression, where kids can create art, share their thoughts, and celebrate what makes them unique. By engaging in mindful activities, they'll practice being in the present moment, allowing them to feel grounded and positive. The class fosters self-worth and emotional resilience, helping children understand their feelings while having fun and building meaningful connections with others. Perfect for kids who want to move, play, and learn how to navigate their world with a sense of calm and confidence!
