Description:

Flag Football by Take Off  Performance - Each session will start off with a skills clinic. Offensive skills include: route running, receiving, ball carrying, open field elusiveness, QB skills, plays and many more offensive football skills. Defensive skills include: flag pulling, weaving/backpedaling, rabbit pursuit, 1on1, interception circuit, leverage pursuit and many more defensive skills. 
Following our skills clinic, athletes will participate in flag football games
