Description:

A slow paced low impact class including water walking, lower body strengthening and balance exercises followed by an Ai Chi practice performed in shoulder depth warm water using a combination of deep breathing, balancing and broad movements of the arms, legs and torso. Some of the many benefits of participating in Aqua Balance Flow are improved standing balance, flexibility, relaxation, reduced pain, feeling calm, and increased mental focus and clarity.
