Location: Roswell Adult Aquatic Center | 200 Frank Lewis Drive, Roswell, GA, 30075

Description:

A fitness swimming program for ages 18+. Swimmers will be grouped in lanes by ability (Intro, Intermediate and Advanced). Each group will work with coaches who focus on their level of ability. Current or former competitive swimming experience is not required. Participants should have the following prerequisite skills based on level:
• Intro – Basic swimming skills and ability to perform at least one of the four competitive strokes (Freestyle, Backstroke, Breaststroke and Butterfly)
• Intermediate/Advanced – Ability to swim multiple laps without stopping and perform at least two if the four competitive strokes

Mondays & Wednesdays - 6:30 PM – 7:30 PM

Required age: Over 18 years old on the day of the activity

Notes: Please do not arrive in pool shoes that have been worn outside.
