Description:

The following class is for intermediate level girls who want more gym time to progress in gymnastics. Participants are required to have a strong cartwheel starting and finishing in a lunge as well as a bridge up from the floor with straight arms. These classes are structured the same as our other classes, but meet for additional time each week.

Prerequisites: A strong cartwheel starting and finishing in a lunge. A back bend up from the floor with straight arms.
