Waitlist Notification: If a spot opens, you'll receive an email and have 48 hours to register and pay in full, unless specified otherwise. 
Email Communication: To ensure you receive all registration updates and communications, please do not unsubscribe from the system.  
Refund Policy: Refunds incur a $10 non-refundable fee. Processing fees are non-refundable. Requests made less than 7 days before the program or during tryouts/evaluations incur a $25 fee. After the program starts, no refunds are provided. 
Community Scholarship Program: Qualified participants aged 25 and under may receive annual scholarships to assist with fees. Email Registration@RoswellGov.Com for more information.
