Description:
SilverSneakers® Splash is designed to increase strength and cardiovascular endurance. A signature Splash kickboard provides both resistance and flotation assistance. This class is suitable for all levels and conducted in both the lap and leisure pools.

$8 drop-in, Insurance Membership or Fitness Reservation Access Pass accepted. Reservations recommended and are available starting two weeks prior to class.
