Description:
Coach structured and led workouts to assist participants with lap swimming skills and techniques. This high intensity class is geared toward moderate to strong swimmers looking to improve their technique and endurance and is conducted in the lap pool.

Drop-in $8 or Fitness Reservation Access Pass accepted. Reservations recommended and are available starting two weeks prior to class.
