CAT CARD LEVEL 2  
Advance Your Skills – Earn Your Cat Card!

Designed for sailors ready to build on their foundational skills, Cat Card Level 2 offers an exciting and immersive experience in a Summer Weeklong Camp or Spring After-School Program. Participants will refine their boat handling, rigging, sail trimming, and wind awareness while mastering more advanced maneuvers.

A key component of this level is capsize recovery, an essential skill that all participants will actively practice. Capsize recovery is particapatory based and is greatly incurraged but not mandatory. This hands-on program encourages teamwork, confidence, and real-world sailing experience. Led by experienced instructors, sailors will continue progressing through the Cat Card system, reinforcing their skills through direct, on-the-water engagement.   

Program Options:
Weeklong Camp: Full-day program (8:30am-3:00pm) designed for accelerated and fun camp style of learning.  
Spring Afterschool Program: Runs in the afternoons, (3:30pm-6:00pm), offering a structured progression over the season.  

Age: 9 - 16 years (as of the day of activity)  
Repeatable Level: Sailors may retake this level to further refine their skills until they are ready to advance.
