Full Day Summer School-Age Care 2025

  Important information

Hello, thank you for your interest in our full-day licensed summer care weeks! 

If you are looking for our other summer programs such as 5-week group classes, they will open for registration on April 30th (schedule to come).

  • Note! Our Full-Day Summer School-Age Care is a licensed child care program and as such, these registrations have some additional information required and it takes longer to check out. However, you should only ever have to input the extra into once per child with our organization, though please update it as needed. Please call with any questions or concerns (604) 855-3343 or e-mail creativeedge@live.ca. 

    • Information you need ready to complete care registration (you can register on your phone but it may be a bit easier on a computer):

      • Visa, Mastercard or E-Checking info (tuition can be paid in full, or in 3 installments: one at the check-out, one June 1st and one July 1st)

      • Child's Care Card Number

      • Name and phone number of Family Doctor

      • Names and phone number of parents and an out-of-town contact name and number

      • ready to upload a photo or PDF of regular children's immunization records (from their Health Passport or you can request from the facility they were done). We are required to get a record on file, whether they are complete or incomplete, upload either way.

      • ready to uplaod a photo clearly showing child's face 

      • If signing up for extended hours please be ready to share expected drop off and pick up time (as early at 7am, as late as 6pm)

  • Care week purchases are non-refundable, unless cancelled by the studio due to low registration. Care week cancellations received at least 2 weeks before the first day of camp are eligible for a full credit for future use onto your account with us. The credit will never expire. (1 week notice still eligible for 50% credit. Less than 1 week notice forfeits any credit) Cancellation notice must be given to the front desk in person, by phone or via e-mail. Cancellations received less than 7 days prior to the camp will forfeit the full amount paid for that week. Switching to another week can be done at any time (just contact us) provided that there is space in the week you wish to switch to. If the switch results in a reduction of tuition (eg. switching from a 5-day week to the 4-day week) normal cancellation policies apply to be eligible for lower the price change.

  • Affordable Child Care Benefit - please register as normal, once you are signed up for all weeks you plan to attend please print out and bring us your benefit application forms, we will sign our section so that you can mail the forms in. Once we get confirmation of funding we will adjust tuition/apply credits as needed.

  • CCFRI - The child care fee reduction initiative discout has already been applied to care week prices. Please refer to the schedule for what the price was before the discout. If your child is entering Grade 1 in Sept 2025 you are entitled to an additional discount. Please reach out to us via email AFTER you have registered to ask that we apply/adjust it!

  • NOTE: if the week you want is showing as full please go on the waitlist for it! We anticipate adding more space to most of the 9am-3pm weeks and will use the waitlists to determine which weeks to add to.If you are on the waitlist and a spot opens up you will get an email and have 36 hours to register before the system moves on to the next person on the waitlist.
