Legal Notice and Waiver of Liability

By registering your child for Daystar Academy Summer Camps, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Assumption of Risk
Participation in Daystar Academy Summer Camps involves physical activities and the potential for accidents or injury. By registering, you acknowledge that you understand the inherent risks involved in such activities and voluntarily assume all risks associated with your child’s participation in the camp.
Medical Authorization
In case of emergency, you authorize Daystar Academy Summer Camps staff to seek emergency medical treatment for your child if necessary. You agree to provide accurate and complete medical information during the registration process and notify us of any changes to this information prior to the start of camp.
Waiver of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Daystar Academy Summer Camps, its employees, agents, and affiliates are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or other incidents arising out of your child’s participation in the camp. You agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Daystar Academy from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or death that may occur during the camp.
Photographs and Media
Daystar Academy reserves the right to take photographs, video, or other media of your child during camp activities for promotional or educational purposes. By registering for the camp, you grant permission for your child’s image to be used in such media. If you do not wish for your child’s image to be used, please notify us in writing prior to the start of camp.
Code of Conduct
All participants are expected to follow the school's code of conduct and behavior expectations. Daystar Academy reserves the right to dismiss any camper who engages in disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior, with no refund provided.
Program Modifications and Cancellations
Daystar Academy reserves the right to modify, change, or cancel any camp session due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather, health advisories, or insufficient enrollment. In the event of a cancellation by Daystar Academy, a full refund will be provided to registrants.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Daystar Academy from any and all claims, demands, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your child’s participation in the summer camp.

By completing the registration, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined in this Legal Notice and Waiver of Liability.
