By registering for an experience at Dodge Nature Center and Preschool, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Compliance with Visitor Guidelines: All participants must adhere to the Visitor Guidelines set forth by Dodge Nature Center and Preschool, which can be reviewed here: https://www.dodgenaturecenter.org/visitor-guidelines

2. Assumption of Risk: Participation in outdoor and nature-based activities carries inherent risks, including but not limited to exposure to natural elements, wildlife, uneven terrain, and weather conditions. By registering, you acknowledge and accept these risks and agree to assume full responsibility for your safety and well-being during your visit.

3. Liability Waiver: Dodge Nature Center and Preschool, its staff, volunteers, and affiliates are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during your visit. You agree to release and hold harmless Dodge Nature Center and Preschool from any claims or liabilities arising from your participation in activities or your presence on the premises.

4. Supervision of Minors: Adults accompanying minors are responsible for their supervision and safety at all times. Minors must be accompanied by an adult during all activities unless otherwise specified by Dodge Nature Center and Preschool.

5. Photo Release: Dodge Nature Center and Preschool may take photos or videos at public programs and events. Your attendance at these programs grants your permission to be in these photos or videos, which may be used for educational, archival, or promotional purposes.

6. Medical Emergencies: In the event of a medical emergency, you authorize Dodge Nature Center and Preschool to seek and obtain medical treatment on your behalf. You agree to assume all costs associated with such treatment.

By completing your registration, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from registering for or participating in activities at Dodge Nature Center and Preschool.
