TENNISfest 2026!

TENNISfest 2026 is a FREE, large-scale TryTennis event, scheduled for Saturday June 13th, 11 AM – 2 PM at the Edmonton ExpoCentre. Interested in trying tennis, or learning more about how and where to play as we move into summer?

Provided by Edmonton Tennis Community, this event offers all ages ‘from 3 to 83’ the opportunity to get active and have fun playing tennis in a comfortable, weather-protected indoor space. Volunteers and members of the regional tennis community will also be in attendance to help you celebrate the arrival of summer and the outdoor tennis season.

Adult TryTennis:

Designed to cater to both beginners and intermediate players alike! This unique experience offers participants the opportunity to enhance their skills, learn new techniques, and engage in friendly competition, all within a fun and supportive atmosphere. Our event features a variety of activities, including clinics led by seasoned coaches, skill-building games,  across a mix of small and full-sized courts. Whether you're just starting your tennis journey or have been playing for years, this event promises to be a memorable day filled with camaraderie, skill development, and, most importantly, a celebration of the great sport of tennis. Join us as we come together, united by our love for the game, and create lasting memories both on and off the court.

Junior TryTennis:

A fantastic opportunity for young players to discover the joy of tennis, make new friends, and develop their skills in a fun and engaging environment. This specially designed event features age-appropriate activities, including exciting games, tailored coaching sessions, and mini-matches on smaller courts using red ball tennis, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants. Red ball tennis, with its lower bounce and slower speed, is perfect for our young tennis enthusiasts as they learn the fundamentals and build their confidence. No matter their skill level, our young players will have a blast learning and playing, as they embark on their tennis journey surrounded by supportive peers and experienced coaches. Join us for a day filled with laughter, learning, and the thrill of tennis, as we create lasting memories and nurture a lifelong love for this wonderful sport.
