Description:
This is a co-ed, 10 week specialized training and drills program for low-intermediate adult players (18+) with previous tennis experience (self-rating of 2.0-3.0 **the rating chart can be viewed on the Tennis Alberta website). Singles and doubles tactics, technical instruction, competitive play, and fitness will be an integral part of this fun filled, high energy tennis experience designed to improve your game.
**Must be coach reccommended**
