LEARN – PRACTICE & PLAY the FENCING WAY! This summer’s weekly camp program is packed full of fencing fun! Our experienced coaches create an environment where campers are engaged, active, interacting with new friends and are always learning and improving.
BEGINNERS – Fencing Calgary considers a beginner to have NO PREVIOUS FENCING EXPERIENCE - Summer Fencing Camps are an exceptional way for those with no previous Fencing experience to TRY the sport for the first time in a fun and immersive week.
FENCERS WITH EXPERIENCE – Participants who are currently in the Fencing Calgary Badge Program or a Training program are considered to be EXPERIENCED
Whether you are a first-time BEGINNER or have EXPERIENCE - All Fencing Campers are exposed to:
If this is your first exposure to Fencing OR you’ve been working through badge levels and training for years, our coaching team adapts and individualizes experiences to suit any goal.
DATES:
EQUIPMENT FOR BEGINNERS: As with all Fencing Calgary Programs equipment is provided for beginner level fencers.
*Experienced (Badge level & Train Program) Fencers must provide their own equipment (if you do not own equipment please send us an email)
CAMP TIMES:
Full Day: 9am – 4pm
Half Day AM: 9am – 12pm
Half Day PM: 1pm – 4pm
**Fencer's must be picked up promptly at the end of camp (4:00pm)
CAMP PRICES:
Full Day: $390.00 + GST
Half Day: $215.00 + GST
*All beginner fencers are required to have Annual Affiliations (Alberta Fencing $5 & Calgary Community Fencing Assoc. $15)
