As a nonprofit, Fresh Air Learning relies on those who participate in our programs to cover the expenses of our programs. If you are unable to pay your tuition, you must contact us immediately to make alternative payment arrangements. Payments that are up to 30 days late will be assessed a 10% administration fee. Payments that are more than 30 days late will be assessed a 25% administration fee.
By participating in Fresh Air Learning's programs I agree to be subscribed to my or my child's program mailing list for internal communication. I will be automatically unsubscribed from this/these mailing lists upon withdrawal or completion of the program.
When applicable, I agree to have Fresh Air Learning bill my external funding source (Distributed Learning, government funding etc) for the cost of my program tuition and I will communicate with the Administrator prior to registration to organize these funds: info@freshairlearning.org.
Upon registration, families will pay the program deposit plus the first month's tuition, both are non-refundable (see below for details).
We require one month's notice should you decide to withdraw. If you withdraw, we will refund the rest of the year's fees less the deposit and the first month's fees and one month's notice. Let us know if you want to continue to attend for that month.
As it is very difficult to fill spaces at the end of the school year, after March, our fees are non-refundable.
