5% of any amount credited to a member’s account. Non-medical credits will be calculated as the value of remaining unused sessions from the date a written request to withdraw is received from the member.

0% on any amount credited to a member’s account.  Medical credits will be calculated as the value of remaining unused sessions from the date of injury. Written medical note must be provided as soon as possible, after the date of injury. 

Credit expiry date:   

Members may use credits towards any purchase in the current skating program year for any family member. "Credits expire" one year following the date of issue.

When extensive administrative support is provided to resolve a skater account update, a $25 fee may apply.
