Refund Policy

Refund requests must be received:

4+ weeks prior to the week enrolled for a refund of 80%.
2 – 4 weeks prior to the week enrolled for a refund of 50%.

Less than 2 weeks prior to the start date of the specific week enrolled, refunds will not be given unless a doctor’s note is provided verifying illness/injury. Refunds due to sickness/injury will be subject to a 20% administration fee.

A refund will not be granted if a child is asked to leave Day Camp due to misbehavior.

Program Cancellation Policy

Full refunds will be given in the event that GSCA cancels a camp session, minus the 20% administration fee.

We reserve the right to cancel or alter the Grey Sauble Day Camp due to registration numbers, availability of staff, or illness.

COVID-19 Guidelines

Campers will be asked to follow these guidelines to keep staff and other campers safe:

All campers are required to do a at home COVID-19 screening prior to arrival at camp each day.

Campers are not to attend programming if they feel unwell or have symptoms of COVID-19.
A mask labeled with the camper’s name must be with them every day to be worn when indoors, except when eating.
Campers are encouraged to wash or sanitize their hands throughout the day when sharing equipment, especially before and after eating.
Campers must follow the instructions given by Grey Sauble Day Camp staff to help keep everyone safe and healthy.

Freedom of Information

Under the Freedom of Information Act, we cannot advise you of other children that are registered in our camp.
