Description:

Coach Single's Pitching Ranger Program is for young athletes looking for a competitive and challenging training environment. Athletes will establish a strong foundation of skills and movements while exploring advanced techniques and training methods in a fun, challenging and energetic environment.

The primary focuses of this program include:

• Develop efficient throwing/pitching mechanics
• Strength and conditioning: Improving explosiveness, stability, and mobility
• Arm care
• Live at-bats
• Mental activation - preparing your athlete to know when and how to use their baseball skills for maximum impact!

Required age: 9 - 12 years old on the day of the activity
