Description:

The GRIT Winter Baseball Academy is for athletes looking for a competitive and challenging training environment. Athletes will establish a strong foundation of skills and movements while exploring advanced techniques and training methods in a fun, challenging and energetic environment.

The primary focuses of this program include:

Hitting fundamentals: building complete hitters, understanding approach, mechanics, power.
Develop efficient throwing/pitching mechanics
Strength and conditioning: Improving explosiveness, stability, and mobility
Arm care
Hitting approach

Please note that there is no class on the following date(s):

Monday, February 19, 2024 from 4:30 PM to 6:00 PM
Monday, March 11, 2024 from 4:30 PM to 6:00 PM
