Le participant sera invité à présenter une série de sauts. L’athlète pourra faire entre 3 et 8 sautes. Il pourra aussi prendre une pause entre deux séquences de sauts de 1x8 temps (exemple : 2 sauts, un 1x8 temps de motion et 3 autres sauts). Il est fortement conseillé de varier les sauts.
