A valid community association membership, from anywhere in Saskatoon, is required to register in any program (including FREE programs). Annual HVCA Memberships are available for purchase at a cost of $10.00/per family/household.
MEMBERSHIP FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
Participants play at their own risk.
Hampton Village Community Association (HVCA) programs are subject to date/location changes and may be cancelled due to low enrollment.
In the unfortunate event that a program is overbooked, priority will be given to those who registered first.
Registrations are non-transferable and non-refundable unless a program is cancelled.
Programs are not held on statutory holidays. School functions have priority over programming rentals, therefore, some classes may be cancelled on short notice and may not be able to be re-scheduled.
Ensure you add an email contact. This will be used to contact you for programming changes on short notice.
If a program has had more than 50% of the classes cancelled, participants will be refunded a portion of the fees. If the classes are more than 50% completed, refunds will not be issued.
It is very important for the instructors to have birth date information so please ensure all participant birth dates are entered correctly.
If a program is full, you may ask to be put on a wait list, but be aware that we cannot guarantee we will have any additiona space available.

Terms and Conditions

By purchasing a membership and/or enrolling yourself, or a member of your family, in Hampton Village Community Association (HVCA) programs, you are agreeing to the following terms:

I hereby give consent to the collection, use and disclosure of personal information, as required.
I hereby agree to allow the individual named in the registration to participate in the HVCA program.
I hereby acknowledge and understand that participation in HVCA programs, or use of any facility provided through the HVCA, may have inherent risks of injury of any nature.
I hereby release the HVCA (instructors, volunteers, employees) from liability for any injury, which may be suffered by me, and/or any dependent during my/our participation in the HVCA program.
I hereby agree that HVCA is not responsible for any lost or stolen articles.
I acknowledge that there may be photographs taken in the venue and shared on social media, and I understand that it is my responsibility to notify the instructor/program lead if I do not approve of my, or my child’s, photo being taken.
Please stay home and limit your contact with others when you are sick, even if mild. This will help prevent others in your community from getting sick.
