7. All our HVCA Soccer teams are run by a volunteer Coach(es). If there are not enough volunteers, participation of all parents and/or guardians are required on a rotation basis. It is up to the parents/guardians of the athletes on the said team to volunteer to Coach. We are not able to, or are responsible for pre-assigning Coaches.
8. We will fully reimburse the registration fees to the Team Coach (1 per team) and will pay $50 honorarium to Assistant Coach and/or Gender Representative (1 per team) to parents/guardians who are willing to volunteer their time, undergo and complete the mandatory courses and requirements. Payment and reimbursement are done at the end of the season.

11. Cancellations of games and/or practices can sometimes come with very limited notice. We as Soccer Coordinators will do our best to notify the team contact whose game/practice has been cancelled with as much notice as possible. It will then be the team contact’s responsibility to notify the fellow athletes and parents/guardians.
12. It is the parents/guardian's responsibility to adhere to the guidelines and recommendations as required by Saskatchewan Health. Please stay home if you are feeling unwell.
