This is an open-level class suitable to those with varying levels of dance experience. Some dance experience (the first session counts!), no matter how far in the past, is recommended but not necessary. Each class will include a good warm-up and stretch, exercises in place and travelling across the room, and a choreographed dance sequence that will be learned over the four-week session.
