Cancellation Policy:

We, as a team, do not cancel for a family unless there are extenuating circumstances, such as natural disasters, fire, medical emergencies, death, or other serious situations beyond the family's control. It is the family's responsibility to ensure the subscription has been canceled in a timely manner.

Refund Policy:

It is important to note that HomeLife Learning will not issue refunds because a family fails to cancel their subscription. In cases where refunds are issued, a 5% processing fee will be withheld.
