Whether you’re seeking practical guidance, a place to ask questions, or simply a community that understands, this group offers a welcoming environment to feel seen, supported, and connected.

 

• Led by Lisa Greenstein, LCSW, PMH-C, MPH, maternal mental health therapist and mom of three
• Day/Time: Tuesdays at 10:30 in the JCC Great Room
• Fee - $60 for 6 week session – 10/20, 10/27, 11/3, 11/10, 11/17, 11/24

Required age: 6 - 30 months on the day of the activity
